The PUD, is seeking proposals from qualified software and implementation firms and/or service providers for an integrated financial/payroll system/customer service and engineering system that includes utility billing. Interested firms must have a proven track record and experience in providing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or implementation services for utility organizations.
