Howard Gonser 3541 Royal Crest The Dalles, OR 97058	Represents PUD Subdivision #4. Elected to the Northern Wasco PUD board in 1987. Prior to retirement as an educator, he worked at School District #9 in The Dalles as a drug counselor, teacher and coach.
Barbara Nagle 917 Myrtle Street The Dalles OR 97058 541 / 298-1227	Represents PUD Subdivision #1 as a board member since 1983. A retired journalist, she worked as an editor for 25 years at The Dalles Chronicle. She owned and operated Elf Help/Cascade Business Services, a temporary employment and office support service for 10 years. She is currently retired.
Bill Ward 2100 W. Scenic The Dalles OR 97058 541 / 296-4854	Represents PUD Subdivision #2. Elected to the board in 2005. Retired after 29 years working for the Bonneville Power Administration; a Viet Nam veteran; past The Dalles City Councilman; served 8 years on the Dept. of Veteran’s Affairs Advisory Board; a 20-year volunteer for Oregon State Police Fish & Wildlife Division. Appointed to the Public Power Council’s Executive Board in 2007; he also has an energy issue and tribal relations consulting business, Electrical Power Specialist Consulting.
Milt Skov 1811 Montana Street The Dalles OR 97058 541 / 298-4093	Represents PUD Subdivision #5. He served on the board representing Subdivision #3 from 1982- 1989, when a move from that subdivision necessitated resignation from the board. Re-elected to board again in 1995, representing Subdivision #5. Mr. Skov is a retired veterinarian and past mayor of The Dalles.
Clay Smith 3463 W. 13th Street The Dalles OR 97058 541 / 296-1314	Represents PUD Subdivision #3. Has been a board member since 2003. Graduated from The Dalles High School in 1965. Was a partner in Gorge Wind Electric in Mosier, Oregon and now works at the local Dodge dealership in The Dalles.
