How to Apply for Service

 

Customers applying for commercial service at an established location must complete a signed application for service form at the PUD office at 2345 River Road, The Dalles, OR Office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

 

Customers applying for service for an industrial account will be required to complete, sign and have on file at the PUD office, two forms:

  1. Application for Electrical Service (click here to download)
  2. Application for Commercial Industrial Service form (click here to download)

 

A non-refundable account processing fee of $15 is charged when an account is established, including a temporary installation.
